Professional Aide

Mohini Jasthi is a Data Science graduate from Michigan State University with a strong foundation in machine learning, data analytics, and data-driven problem-solving. During her time at MSU, she developed skills in Python, SQL, statistical analysis, and data visualization, applying them to research projects that address real-world challenges. She is excited to return to the Julian Samora Research Institute as a Professional Aide and continue working with the team on meaningful and engaging research projects. Her journey at JSRI, from a Graduate Research Assistant to a temporary staff member, has been an important part of her personal and professional growth. The experiences, mentorship, and opportunities she received at JSRI have helped shape her skills, perspectives, and passion for using data to create a positive impact. She is grateful to be back and look forward to contributing to the institute's continued research and community engagement efforts.
